Exotic Fruit…

Exploring the Jean Talon Market with a professional chef was a wonderful learning experience! We purchased these Haskap berries, which were described as a cross between a grape and a blue berry, and then later in the day, used them to create a dessert topping for a very light, creamy cheese, similar to a brie. Delicious!

It’s amazing to walk through a farmer’s market with an eye toward photography. So many colors, shapes, patterns. Such fun!
